Rhule has shown that his half time adjustments suck as much as Frost’s non-adjustments. You get the ball at your own field and you go three and out to start the second half. Any average coach can do better than this. If you don’t have, you don’t have it. You are either good at half time adjustments or you are not. Rhule is not.
