Martinez is the ONLY guy on the team that can make mistake after mistake after mistake and not have to worry about competing for his job on a weekly basis. How many different defensive packages have we seen this year so far? One guy blows coverage on one play and he sits for 3 weeks. Everyone is on pins and needles playing, not wanting to make a mistake because they'll sit for a week. These coaches are hurting us. Badly.
