So we honored arguably one of the best defensive lineman in Husker history................today..................and we have this garbage defense? Blah...........

 
Just to put this performance in perspective: This is a Northwestern team coming off four straight losses. The last two losses to Iowa and Minnesota.

That's sort of weird, isn't it? Not sure whether it's more accurate passes, or maybe that ole beat up ball T-Mart favors. But whatever the reason, the WRs seem to catch a lot better for Tommy than for Martinez. A LOT.

Remember when Jamal T was a freshman and he said after a practice, "I'm getting used to it, his throws. The angles and stuff. They can come out sorta different."

 
Thad Randle with a whiff. 1 good thing, only 3 yards on that first down. First time on a first down to get less than 7 yards.
