WTH happened to our "50 point per game" offense?

Several things, they were never going to be that good anyway and 4 big time starters are hurt.

ya so do most running backs on good teams....and they don't go sit down every two runs. I'm not saying 8 is asking to come out, I'm just saying nobody does this.

Its coming...you can see it. Beck is setting up the speed option to the outside or a long pass down the middle of the field. Northwestern's D is creeping up to the line.

A few good plays and then we shoot ourselves in the foot with penalties...One of them was definitely not a penalty and the other has been done worse to use all game but yet no holding calls against NW.

Seems we are the only team in the B1G that gets holding calls called on us when you can see blatant holding calls from other teams all game.

You see it all the time. Guy has a long hard fought run. He goes out for a play. We got depth at rb and can afford to give him a breather.

When the goal is to get into field goal range, your qb has 3 picks...yes....run the damn ball and try to get the yardage through you're strengths not weaknesses.

That was a really cheap chop block call. Moudy was on the ground with the DEs hands on him with Qvale pushed him. Then they miss a very clear hold on Northwestern's 3rd down that was equal to what they called on Moudy the previous drive.

SMH at these refs.
