OK, so the sack-fumble gives NW a 14-7 lead with 3 minutes left in the 1st Quarter.  We looked great in that first 1:30 of the game, and I still think NW looks SLOW, especially in Defense.  To keep them in the game, the play-calling must use only slow-developers.  Put Martinez in the pocket, let him get blasted over and over.

I hate not having a true power game to get tough yards...

He was good from a defensive efficiency perspective.  UCF was second in turnovers, 13th in defensive passing efficiency,   They also had an offense that was 105 in TOP so of course they'll give up more yards and points.

That's how it was against Wisky.  Every pass play was opened by running right at them..  Then never to be seen again...
