*** Official Northwestern Game Thread ***

I am truly stunned.  We are all told about how the games are not over until the final whistle but c'mon!  This game was won and it should have been won at the end.  

I'm not sure blaming the coaches for everything is right, either.  This team doesn't have depth, and that shows up in the 4th Quarter every time.  OT is just worse.  

 
Nebraska may beat BC, MAY beat them. Other than that I don't see this team winning any other game.

Season is a dumpster fire

No excuses. I want to hear the staff own up to this one.  This was on them.  Tired of the buy in.  Tired of the lack if talent.  Tired of friggin losing and killing ourselves EVERY FRIGGIN GAME with no changes.  Our DB technique is horrible.  If I coached against us I'd go deep every time.  It will be a catch, PI or incomplete.

We simply forgot what it feels to win a game. The culture has become us losing games and then drinking koolaid and saying that the future is bright. I am sorry, the future sucks because we just guaranteed that we are not going to a bowl game for the second consecutive year. Pretty soon, our fans will forget that Nebraska was a mighty football team in the 90’s. Honestly, seeing this crap today, it feels like a Greek myth that Nebraska once was the Alabama of football. Now, we are the Kansas or Illinois or Arkansas...just pick any loser team.

That piss poor offensive calling, lack of any defense and continued undisciplined play via all these flags is 100% in this coaching staff.  Every single week there is minimal improvement, that’s 100% on this staff 

 
Frost needs to relieve himself of playcalling duties. 

-Chin is not the answer at DC. UCF fans were correct

-I will be happy when Reed, A Williams, Jackson, Neal, Young, and Freedom move on.

-Hats off to Barry, Gifford, Martinez, Spielman, Washington, and Zig. Those guys want to win so bad. 

-Worst special teams I’ve ever seen. 

Young guys need to play more.

If they can get over this game and take away the positives then maybe they'll beat Minnesota. I don't think they will, so yeah, BC looks like the sole win this year.
