If Frost is retained - IF - I think the offensive side of the ball needs a complete evaluation and overhaul from coaches to the scheme itself.

So much this.  Get an OC who knows power running.  12/13 personnel.  Traps, draws and misdirection.....PA and roll out passing game. This scheme is weak sauce against an aggressive D....
