Honestly I think the thing is our coordinators are average. I like a lot of our position coaches but Banker = eh and langs can only throw deep or run inside for 2 yards

I think it is talent to be honest. We really don't have a QB who is reliable in a quarterbacks most skillset which is passing. Our offensive line is just soft.
