Yes, because kids can't get motivated unless their coaching staff gets them motivated.  "Want to" comes from within.  It's not something you get or need from somebody else.

Quit being willfully obtuse--we're not talking about getting out of bed. We're talking about a sport that requires an emotional investment that needs to be reciprocated and built upon by the staff for it to continue to exist.
