Braxton got a bit lucky there. But you know what was great, we had that outlet RB covered this time. Great coverage, but he escaped a couple of tackle attempts by much larger, slower linemen. I still say that play is a success. He didn't get much.

You guys can't complain about Meredith missing that tackle attempt because an extremely athletic running QB is going to out-juke a bulky DE in the open field, one -on-one, 90% of the time.

Wonder what's going on, coaching-wise with the defense. We can point towards our secondary coach change as a possible problem there...but there shouldn't be any dropoff with our D-Line from last year to this year...

 
I hope Beck realizes, when we get the ball, we need to sustain a drive, so go easy on throwing the ball....
