Instead of folding and getting blow out they stepped up and got stop after stop in the 4th quarter and gave the offense a chance.  Not too mention had 3 takeaways.  Ohio State is still a good team.

 
All week long, the commercials for this game were about Ohio State and Haskins looking to get back on track against us. A lot to be proud of. Ohio State has issues but we’ve been the team that lets teams get back on track the last couple years. Not this time. Dropped passes and mistakes suck but I can’t be too mad.

Proud of this team. I know a loss is a loss but to go into the horseshoe and only lose by 5 to a team that has continually rolled us is as close to a win as you can get. Future is bright! 

 
If you would have told me before the season we lose to Ohio state 36-31 I would have been thrilled. Be it we were 2-6 or 7-1 going into that game, a 5 point loss to Ohio state would have told me we played competitive against a superior team on the road.

 
I'm proud of them.

Think about it.... we have a kickoff go 2 feet, we get a punt blocked for a safety, and our quarterback throws the ball backwards into the ground.

And we were still in it until the final snap.
