Considering the lack of development at outside linebacker, I don't think that helps his case any.

There's nothing chinander can do.  No pass rushers, we can't cover, our lbs aren't fast(outside of barry).  If we blitz then the underneath routes will be more open.  Ugh.  Can't wait til year 4.
