The talent Ohio State has would make most any first year head coach look fantastic.

For whatever it’s worth, I think Ohio State might be the best team in the country.

This still majorly sucks, but damn they are good.

Every time we have a chance to show growth, we do the exact opposite. I am starting to lose hope that we can ever get back to competing for national championships...we can’t even compete for a conference title.

It might convince recruits they can come in here and play right away.

But we need depth so that recruits don't have to play right away.  I think that might be part of why Martinez is playing like he is.  It's just too much pressure.

The play calling and game planning aren’t talent related. They’re making really good calls that are exposing our defense.

In 2007 it was actually a game in the second quarter, the warts were in place for the defense, but they scored to cut it to 3 I believe.  Forced a fumble on the ensuing kickoff, unfortunately USC picked it up and returned it to midfield and that was that

but it was competitive for a quarter and a half
