We need a new special teams coach. Regardless of Pickerings situation...our kick and punt returns are horrible. Penalties every time with average field position around the 10 yard line.

If this staff is preaching open competition, I’d like to see that applied to the QB position. 

I’d look into the front 5 a lot harder than AM

We can still go back to old NU.  Power run with counters and traps.  Run RPO of option/zone read.  Use PA....Get technically and fundamentally sound.  Quit killing ourselves.  Execute the basics flawlessly.  Its a recipe we need to find again.
