Gashing them with the run, and set up a backwards swing pass? It was a horrible call all around. Never throw the ball backwards.

I think it was probably executed wrong- but still a swing pass when up the middle was getting us 4-5 at a time?

it was a terrible play call for the situation, but more importantly why is it going to a fourth string running back who when he dropped it acted like he was playing in practice because he is a fourth string RB. It was a bad throw yes, on a type of throw the OC knows tommy struggles with sometimes

We need to improve the mental toughness/sports psychology program. Said this for years, and it was one of our unsung edges during the 1990s.
