We keep trying to get 20-30 yards every play. Why not try shorter, higher percentage passes?

Most the throws have been 8-15 yard

D gave us a chance in the second half...lee just a bit too inaccurate....at this point, by punting, we'd rather play for the 1-2 score loss than actually go for the win...makes us look better losing by 1-2 scores in the national media

This punt was a signal to the Oregon coach that riley is willing to fall on the ball now just to be sure we don't get blown out on the scoreboard.  Second half was a duck waddle as they just laid off so Riley keeps his job.  Ore just burning up the clock.  No chance to win now absent a miracle.
