Be honest. Is this team overall improving from what you have seen so far? It's year three under Riley.

He was a mediocre coach and that is all he knows. Winners win and we did not hire  a winner....

I don't mind the switch to the 3-4 defense. Its true we do have better personnel for it...however...

This bend, but don't break crap has to go in a hurry.

I would much rather see an aggressive 3-4 scheme similar to what Wade Phillips uses.

Umm...many Husker fans (including me) were not in favor of Diaco who had one good season at ND out of many years as a DC and head coach.  The data did not support his hire, yet here we are.

When you have a group of guys that are not developed enough, you have to get pressure or something to disrupt the rhythm of the offense. Always playing base D is going to be the death of us. They are not good enough to do it.
