***Official Rutgers Game Discussion Thread***

What Will We Learn: If Coach MR has control of this team, the players and its momentum going in the right direction. If there is a letdown then it will be more then concerning. There is absolutely no reason to win out. NONE.
I hope you were meaning there is no reason to NOT win out. Agree on whether or not Riley has control of this team. Just need to come out and start the way we started against MSU.
Yes. Phone type. Thanks.

The real question is: will we be wearing red or white pants. Hopefully the red ones but if Rutgers comes out wearing all red, I don't think I'd have a problem with the all whites. Just like the Fresno State game last year.

It's gonna be windy, but nothing like the Illinois game. Winds will diminish through out the game. Probably around 16 mph at Kickoff and about 11 mph towards the end of the game. I think winds were around 40 mph for the Illinois game. Quite a substantial difference than today's weather.http://m.weather.com/weather/hourbyhour/graph/New+Brunswick+NJ+08901:4:US
Still, wind = 40+ passing attempts and giving Rutgers the wind in the fourth

I agree! From START to FINISH! I want the D to play a game where we see VERY noticeable improvement, specifically the secondary. I want to see our OC not get cute on a few series where we all say WTH was that? I want to see special teams show us that having a dedicated coordinator is starting to pay off.

However, I think it is wise to assume nothing with our Jekyll and Hyde team and just hope for the best. I know my wife would appreciate a dominate performance though as she is tired of me griping at the TV during the game as if the coaches can hear me.

Go Big Red!

Bear on college game day picked Rutgers straight up. Generally he has been pretty spot on.
For once this season, I would like to see NU come out and completely dominate a team from start to finish. Im talking a woodshed beat down. Go into the bye week healthy and whip Iowa.

Rutgers got stomped by the top teams but they put up pretty good numbers against the middling teams. We better come to play and not be goofing around.

Would be nice to see the defense hold a team under 1000.

Whatever, Chicken Little.

Cookie Monster back in.

Sparty is the one with the hangover 7-7. But don't worry, Maryland can't even punt properly.

GO BIG RED!!!

IN!!!
