I agree that TA needs to make better plays with the ball, but the coaches need to manage the game better as well. Nothing real cute needs to be done here, Rutgers is terrible, we just can't get out of our own way.

Well, that *was* the knock on most of this staff at Oregon State.

Seriously...we're moving the ball exceptionally well with Imani on the ground. Use Cross, the TE swing play from earlier, Janovitch, and keep the f*****g ball on the ground. Use the pass to keep them honest, and salt the game away early and often, like voting in Texass.

It's not rocket science, folks.

How was that the staff's fault? At some point Armstrong has to look at where he's throwing and say "oh there's a dude in the throwing lane, I better not throw it there"

With passing, follow me here, 3 things can happen.

An interception.

An incompletion.

A completetion.

2 of the 3 are bad. thats 33 1/3% good and 66 2/3% bad. Cross was killing it and we get cute. Langs gotta have his passes....

I've never played QB, but I'm entirely curious how hard it is to look 5 yards directly in front of you on a screen play, see another jersey standing in front of you, and know that YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO THROW THE FREAKING BALL THERE.

Guys, I'm as critical on Riley and co as much as the next guy, but that wasn't on the coaches at all..all on TA. Terrible throw, and he continues to make me scratch my head.

We need a TD badly on this drive. Rutgers with all momentum now.
