So you dont have to throw a flag? I've never seen them review a play for a uncalled penalty

I understand the need for the targeting penalty in football, but good grief they really need to get rid of ejecting the player.

Just leave it at as 15-yard personal foul penalty.

Side Note: Credit to the Nebraska fans for showing up in full force today, stadium looks actually full on TV and it was loud there before kickoff. Again, Nebraska fans showing to be the only thing special about Nebraska football these days.
