We need a no nonsense coach who preaches and teaches accountability and the basics.  And a S&C staff that has studied fitness in this decade.  I'd pull a saban and offer the Bama S&C staff.

i learned in coaching if the players love you, you're doing not just something wrong, but quite a bit wrong.  But obviously wasn't at collegiate level.  But still a valuable lesson.
