Jurgens might be a difference maker after all. Offense has Looked somehow worse in the 2nd half.

In an ideal world, that's what you want week to week, right? If the offense can put up 25-30 PPG with this defense improving each week, it will be enough to win the west, IMO.

Heck, Ohio State won a MNC with a top 10 defense and like a 70th ranked offense in the BCS era. It can be done. I'll take a stellar ball hawking defense over a high powered offense any day of the week.

Offensively  Frost's run game play calls have been very basic today. Mostly just basic inside & outside zone.

That doesn't explain Adrian Martinez's play today. He is slow, hesistant, and just not himself.
