I still disagree. We recover it's just 4 drops and game over. I would've sent it deep and hoped for a turnover or big punt return. Had we stopped them 3 and out the punt would've been into the endzone with no chance for a return. Our two biggest weapons were taken out with that onside kick.

And still a stupid play, no matter the outcome. The chances of recovering an onside kick are tiny. You don't do it unless you have no choice, and we had one there. A better choice, even. Don't forget to submit your app to UNL to coach. gg
