that is one of the most uninspired plays I've ever seen. lol, even if it hadn't been a lateral, we would have been backed up from the penalty. This offense is continuing to look like garbage.

Unless there is a HUGE difference in offensive productivity from the 'Skers well.... this one is a blowout. Right now, we can hope for respectability by crawling back into this game. But.... right now this looks to be a painful and embarrasing game for NU.

Zac Lee needs to pick it up or this team will never be what it is destined to be. I'm not blaming him for the lateral but I am blaming him for an offense that cannot move the ball in any big games thus far.

Week after week it appears that the offense has no motivation, whatsoever in the first quarter. Half a$$ plays such as that are commonplace every single game and its unexcusable.

Just wait for the penalties to start, proabably on this drive.

He made 2 plays against Missouri. What has he done with the rest of his career? Heck, he has started this year and what has he done?

He is horrid as a blocker and worse as a WR. He pouts when you don't get him involved and now he makes as retarded a play as I can remember. The guy is a waste.

I'm not really sure why we are sputtering but that last play was like a kidney punch. It's hard to tell for the offense if the pass was a lateral or not. Everything seemed disoriented with that play; the players, the officials and even the camera guys. 14-0....very early still but I'm not feeling good about this game.
