Trying to stay positive......

If he doesn’t step up the decision making, I’m ready to give Masker a shot.
Oh come on...the guy was 3rd string a few weeks ago. He's had hardly any work with the first team. Give it time. He's gotta build chemistry with the receivers.

Lost in all the Frost hype was the realization of how bad we were last year and how we got to that level. Although there has been progress just about everywhere, our biggest weakness rear their heads a lot. Our offensive line is awful. Our special teams should just be called teams because there is nothing special about them.
If it’s possible we should get Ron Brown to work with the Special Teams.

‘Special’ has the other meaning at this point.

I've said before.  There's a reason those who make money on betting predicted a pretty poor season.  IIRC 5-6 wins.......We have a longm long, long way to go....In this scheme, on O, you need to have a guy who is a threat with their legs at QB.....

By the way, just quickly going through the DVR...unless I missed something, punting and punt coverage is looking good for Special Teams.

So there's that goin' for us.

:dunno

We are outgaining them through the air and on the ground. They are 0-6 on 3rd down and only have 10 yards on 16 attempts outside of the 57 yarder. Big mistakes on ST and turning the ball over is the difference. We are beating them in some ways but not on the scoreboard.

I still think we escape this game with a win. Defense really has looked good so far besides two big plays where they gave up a huge QB run and a wide open toss. Otherwise the defense has looked fine.

So I think the D keeps up the pressure, giving the offense plenty of chances to get back into the game. Hopefully our WR's are able to get open and Bunch can get it to them, or they open the playbook on the option read and show Bunch's legs.

Huskers will win...

Huskers will win...

Huskers will win...

Huskers will win...

Huskers will win...

Staying positive too....

I mean, we got Frost in the Locker room during halftime RN

I just wish we could not turn the ball over so much.  The fumbles are maddening.  Just don't turn the ball over and we win last week and probably this week.
