Gotta remember this is a young team, and the players bodies and minds are conditioned to be in recovery mode at this time of day, since they now practice in the morning. Not suprised they weren't quite ready to go.

Our defense was getting pissed that the offense wasn't doing anything and I think they were gassed. They got a chance to rest and we finally did something on O to get them back in the game, now they are doing the work.

Bunch 9-11 91yds 1Td 1pick and a few sacks. First college start, WalkOn freshman. I think if he can get some momentum going from that last drive (and confidence) it will help a ton. Key will be to get ball to playmakers and get out of the way. Let them go get it and do their job

Agree. Said earlier they were running much faster up tempo. D was getting gassed. no time to sub in.
