Problem is we are shooting ourselves in the foot and so is Wisconsin.  Thank God or we'd be down big.  The offense has to start executing more than one of every three plays.  Drives are so inconsistant and herky jerkuy.

DPE doing his job. Rest of special teams are f*****g up all over the place.

Why even bother with punt returns. Just start the receiving team 10 yards back from where it's caught. It's a flag every damn time.
