Hurrying for the sake of hurrying produces some weak play calls. Maybe that'll be Frost's next epiphany? We never seem to take TO when it's important. Several times this year rushed the play we needed and ended up losing..

Ok. You still have to try and mix it up occasionally. If you run it every time even a dc as inept as chin could figure out what your doing. But we had chances to keep pounding the rock and chose to run some pass plays. We were gashing them the whole game, could have controlled it completely. That interception changed the game in seconds, completely took the wind out of our sails.
I believe participated is a more accurate term. He's played in three?
It seems people only want to complain about passing the ball when it doesn’t work.Ok. You still have to try and mix it up occasionally. If you run it every time even a dc as inept as chin could figure out what your doing.
Agree that him going in against NW and Purdue were a waste.I believe participated is a more accurate term.
1 play vs NW and 2 against Purdue. No carries or effort to make any of those plays worth the while
Once you have them off balance you can mix it up some. Wisky is winning 8-9 games per season by running the ball and using play action pass. Not saying that you can't and shouldn't pass the ball, but when you can control the clock, control the line of scrimmage, you do those things and most of the time, your going to win the game. We would take 9 wins per season right now wouldn't we? TOP is still a factor in games. KSU beat OU, time of possesion was almost 3 to one. It matters.Ok. Yes, but that’s also where talent comes into play, especially on the o-line and skill players being able to make a special play. For example, does Wandale score on the 4th down slip screen ran to Mazour at the end of the game? Very possible, there was only one guy to make miss.Eerily similar to the Purdue game......IMHO, Frost has got to figure out a way to grind yards if chunk plays are not there. Reminds me a lot of the Wats/Beck/Langs O of big or bust.
Its like people dont even watch the game. If you want to complain about the offense there's plenty to complain about like how nebraska had 3 drives deep into Wisconsin territory result in zero points. Saying we pass more than we run just simply isnt true.It seems people only want to complain about passing the ball when it doesn’t work.
Ok. You said the team passes more than it runs the ball and that isn't true.Once you have them off balance you can mix it up some. I will correct that statement. Its our timing of the pass that gets me going more than run vs pass. Most of our games this season we have passed it more than run it. Right before AMart and his interception, Mills ran for a good chunk play. Didn't have to pass the ball right then. Just didn't have to do so. Its ok if we have a rusher gain 200 yards as well. It seems like we won't or can't have someone on offense outshine Amart. That my take on this team, this season.Ok. You said the team passes more than it runs the ball and that isn't true.
