QB was really good, and outcoached us in 1st half

we coasted late, they never gave up...learning experience....we will be really good this year.

Does the coaching staff have pictures of you in a compromising situation for you to throw out that much sunshine?

How long does it take to learn? There are plenty of other teams with young players that don't give up 600 yards of offense. This is the 4th 600 yard performance by the NU D in the last 10 games. Unacceptable

I think the biggest problem was we let off the gas after we took a 16 point lead. Need to step on their throats, if you let them get back in it it's impossible to get momentum back. (See us v Msu last year)

I'm thinking the solution is to have Bo hire a few more inexperienced yes-men from Youngstown to stop the bleeding.

Bo is on record saying his defense is more prone to giving up lots of yards - its about not giving up the big plays..

No. The biggest problem is giving up 602 yds on D. Shut it down.

So 8 yards per play is OK as long as you don't give up big plays?

I was in Indy last year. After seeing that with my own eyes I could not believe that everyone kept their jobs. We've got a decent offense and some good players on D. Coaching is a major problem.

The only thing that saved this game was only giving up one turnover. That was great, but it will not save us from UCLA and conference play if the D does not show up.

His defense gives up huge plays every week. It's drawing board time.

The only thing that saved this game was only giving up one turnover. That was great, but it will not save us from UCLA and conference play if the D does not show up.

We gave up 2 turnovers. 1 just happened to be on 4th down.
