Another bullsh#t call. It looked like the ball already hit the ground when the guy hit the punt returner. The punt returner just opted not to catch it. Seems like there shouldn't have been any penalty at all.

God, Dirk's gameday commentary is unbearable.

And that's coming from a guy who typically loves his columns and features. He's a smart guy, but clearly Dirk + real time observations + 140 characters on twitter do not mesh well. Really terrible.
