I'd like a bigger back for short yardage/goal line situations. Im not a fan of the shotgun at the goal line, we beat Mizzou's offense 4 and out inside the 2 last year, that was huge.

i think pretty well every offense can use a big back for short yardage situations. don't forget that beck was at KU when they had a very effective big back out of the spread in brandon mcanderson.

After all the crap that's coming out now, steal might not be the word I would use. Maybe more along the lines of who can we afford. Never thought I would see Ohio ST in this kind of a mess. Hope they get their program cleaned back up.

We might not have to steal anyone. If tOSU sanctions are like USC's sanctions the ncaa might allow players to transfer out without the one-year waiting period. Who knows, we could end up with a couple of transfers.
