Yeah, there were a few freaks wandering around pregame. I can't offer an explanation other than I'm pretty sure just about any team with a rabid fanbase will have similar people out and about before a big game.

 
He showed up at the GoovePuppet concert. He lost a bet to his dentist. They were also promoting some charity thing too. It was pretty funny when he got up on stage.
