McKewon was on TBL yesterday talking about how many times we have recruited OL from California over the past 8-10 years and only 1-2 have actually come out here. He goes on to say he has an article written up about this with some "very interesting statistics" but he is waiting to post it until we get this kid to commit. (or if he commits elsewhere)

He also mentioned that we told Bell the OL spot is his if he wants N. However, we put a clock on it. If he decides to take that last visit we will pursue other options to ensure we get a OL in this class. Based on the in-home visits we saw last night, the pressure is on to make Bell decide if he truly wants to go to Nebraska.

 
Yes, hard for us to pull OL from out west. Have made about 66 OL offers over the last 10 yrs for West OL and have gotten 3 (Gates, Kondolo, Witaker; not counting Ober)

He was once an Alabama commit, but sounds like it's a two way race with us and ASU if he doesn't visit anywhere next weekend.
