I'm not into dogging on recruits so this is only meant to be humorous (maybe only to me).
Just the confluence of Bell seemingly waiting around for a Notre Dame offer (that never came) to the point that Nebraska (seemingly) wasn't interested anymore and finally ending up at Arizona State (who hasn't exactly been killing it on the recruiting trail) made me think that this might have been Bell's conversation with Herm:
