1) What are your first impressions of this recruit (speed, strength, character, leadership, grades, etc)?

I've heard he's anywhere from 6'3 to 6'6. He's only been playing football for two years though, so I don't know how good of a pick up this was. Rodney's very excited to be playing next to his cousin, though, and maybe he'll surprise us.

5. He's a JUCO who can't step in right away. I don't really get the offer when we coulda got Brandon Perry.

Nah, redshirt and probably just provide depth his whole career.

Dunno.

Doing something with his degree.

 
The more I htink about it, the more I think he won't be joining the HUskers because of his academics. He has 18 credits to make up before he can receive his degree and transfer. There's a reason he's in junior college. Just to much to overcome.
