Kind of crazy the penalty for weed is still so strong. It's legal in some form in 40 states now.

Distributing is still illegal in most states and in some, you need a license. If you want to be a weed dealer, don’t waste a roster spot for someone who wants to play football.

I don't disagree. Have seen first hand some of those "distributing" cases weren't quite what most are thinking though. Kid buys enough for him and his friends and can get a distributing charge depending on how it is packaged. Still stupid but but in many cases it is exaggerated.

Federally, it is. If you travel the country much you sure wouldn't think that is the case though. Orange are the holdout states. Map is 2 years old - Wisconsin now allows medical.

They spent so much money/marketing to get it classified as a Schedule 1 drug...And now it is pretty much legal all over. Haha!
