I am wondering why this guy and Harper haven't signed yet?

Lavonte and Harper will be April graduates so they can't sign yet. Hardrick graduated in December so he could sign and show up in January at NU.

they didnt graduate in december like hardrick and will join the team this summer therefore will sign with the rest of the team in feb. I believe is the case.

David didn't get all of his work done and will have to wait until spring not sure on Harper, I would have to guess the same thing.

Thanks, I'm a little rusty with my JuCo signing procedures rules so I just assumed the JuCo signing period began for all JuCos early not just those graduating early.
