1) What are your first impressions of this recruit (speed, strength, character, leadership, grades, etc)?

Pretty small, but saw him on Big red wrapup and he can run past people

2) Rank his importance to the Huskers 1-10 (10 the most important).

8-only because he was the first committment of the Callahan Era 2005.

3) Will he contribute right away? In what capacity?

special teams???

4) Who does this player most remind you of?

Andrew Shanle

1) What are your first impressions of this recruit (speed, strength, character, leadership, grades, etc)?

He got this whole thing started with his commitment, the first of 2005. He's a FAST guy, fastest linebacker at all the Nike camps last year with a 4.49. Takes great angles and lays into the ball carrier. Very loyal to NU, kept everything quiet after his commitment.

2) Rank his importance to the Huskers 1-10 (10 the most important).

8. He's another gem that could find his way to a starting position.

3) Will he contribute right away? In what capacity?

He'll RS, but once Stew graduates I think he'll become a three year starter. I wouldn't oppose him moving back to safety, either.

4) Who does this player most remind you of?

Scott Shanle, Andrew's older brother and NFL LB.

5) Where do you see this player in 2009?

Starting and a leader of our defense.
