Abdullah finished with a career high 232 rushing yards . That moves him number six on the Nebraska career rushing list with 3,209 total rushing yards.

Terrell Newby had 107 yards on 16 carries.

Nebraska's 498 total rushing yards is the best in the Bo Pelini era.

Tommy Armstrong Jr threw for a career-high 271 yards and two touchdowns, and also had 62 yards rushing and a touchdown.

Jordan Westerkamp caught seven passes for 125 yards which are both career highs in receptions and yards for him.

Kenny Bell caught four passes for 116 yards becoming only the third player in school history with 2,000 career receiving yards.

Bell and Westerkamp are the first pair of wide receivers to go over 100 yards each in school history.

Ya, one of those. Every publication I read pointed it out. Not real significant, but still interesting a bit.

Two running backs over 100 yards, Abdullah over 200 obviously, combined with two 100+ yard receivers can't be something that happens often. Not sure where you'd find a stat like that to see how much it has occurred.

You also forgot 784 offense total yards which is a Big Ten record and which the Huskers haven't done since 1991.

Not true...it happened twice in 2007.

Ahh so you consider slot receivers WRs and RBs not wide receivers.
Stop sticking up for Clownahan....
I'm shocked clownahan didn't screw up another statistic for us and that being: winning the first game of the season.
