I understand if Watson was told to minimize mistakes, but don't castrate the offense in the process.
If you're unwilling to take occasional risks, you are going to become predictable. Is it just me, or for the past 3 or 4 games, opposing defenses for the most part have defensed us better than they should have. During OU I thought at some points, that they stole our playbook, because they seemed to know what we were gonna do next.
You have to add an element of unpredictability, or you're gonna risk your offense getting shut down...
