One thing to say to the younger players

If I had one thing to say to the younger players it would be this. Don't lose the fire and the drive that you have now. If you do then your no better than anyone else. Sure you might only get to play special teams this year but that drive and initiative you have will carry you over when next year comes around. Strive to be the best and welcome the chance to play against the best.

Hell, the way the team is playing I'd tell the young kids to start calling out the seniors. Take their damn jobs. Forget about waiting for next season when you can have them right now.
