Right? I was looking at the average NIL on On3.. how is it so low? There’s no reason we shouldn’t be competing with the other blue bloods.

Trying to buy recruits only works if they think they can still get where they want to go. Nebraska hasn't been successful enough at winning or even putting kids in the league. Until that changes the NIL probably won't be a deciding factor for high level kids.

Partially true. It’s somewhat of a chicken or the egg situation. We have to get the stars on campus.. and you’re fooling yourself if you think that $ is not a large factor in that.

Mater Dei is a great program. The interest was legit enough to be top 5. But it was never going to happen. We don’t land these type of guys. At least not yet. Need a solid year or two before. And even then..Personally I’m just glad we are done with the what if scenarios between Baker/Brix.
