Assuming that we actually have a shot at Cayden Green, is this a guy that the staff would take today? Obviously Bo Hughley and Green are guys you’d make room for and I’m guessing we only have a real shot with one of them but I wonder how many they’d be willing to take.

I won't lie, this is one I'm not really high on. He definitely has the frame but will be a multi-year project which is ok.  I wonder if they are recruiting him as a guard or tackle, as he doesn't seem to have the quickest feet.  With all that said he'll probably end up an All-American.

You need both Short term and long term guys and OL is always an area of need.  You win or lose in the trenches. Period.  Neb has not locked up the ‘local’ recruiting turf either.  I’m not a judge of OL prospects but I do know we are not overstocked.

Works for me, I don't like watching in state kids go to other P5 schools and he's got the frame at least. Feels like we could take 5 OL especially if there's no 25 man limit (is that happening?) - I suspect we're not flipping Hughley and there's still plenty of room for Green and Herring. And I get the feeling we'd still take Hughley at that point, but I suspect we only get one of those 3 anyway.
