damn, it would be nice to pull a kid from Florida.......
Ya, with Byrd flying to a JUCO we had nobody from Florida this class. Hopefully that clinic the staff did before the Gator Bowl helped relations in the state. I know we're in good shape for Jay Moore's cousin next class. It would be good to get somebody this class and start getting a little foothold going in that state again.

The 6-6, 260-pound Koenig is about to head out with his parents on July 23 for trips that will take him to Auburn, Ole Miss, Clemson, Nebraska, and Oklahoma State.

story

7/21

According to his coach, Koenig lists Tennessee, Oklahoma State, Missouri and Nebraska in his top five, with the lone state school in the mix Miami. There be some others to consider down the line _ visits elsewhere are being considered _ but that's where Koenig is now.

He was rumored to have visited MU yesterday and heard he may be on NU's campus today

Anyone heard anything about if he was on campus and how it went?

His trip to Nebraska went very good, and gave was pumped about the tadition and the great facilities that we have to offer. This guy would be a huge get from Florida with a big frame and weight to put on...I hope he is eventually N!

Wow the NU staff really rolled out the NU Orange carpet for this young man..............commits to Okie Lite the next day.

He was at MU earlier in the week, I never really thought he would go anywhere but Oklahoma State. Both of his older brothers played at O-State.
