If the o-line coach this season develops the o-line or at least have them playing better then he can show the next cycle of recruit's how he improved them or results instead of just telling. Some high profile o-line kids will eventually commit here just have to establish winning.

Absolutely if any kids these days transfer for any number of reasons. Yes you do want to try and recruit kids out of high school but there are other ways of bringing in kids to help out your roster.
