Question then is whether they are just not developing the talent or perhaps their players are not rated properly?   Maybe both?

And what is going on with Tennessee getting such a strong class?  

 


This is really interesting and I've been wondering how many decommitments and switching we could see. It'll be an interesting year.

 
I had this thought the other day in terms of recruiting. I can see somewhere in the future where universities will set up recruiting offices in different states. I haven't looked into the rules, but I can certainly see it happening. I think about how crazy it would be to see a building with a big red N on it here in LA. 

With marketing and advertising agencies getting involved, the next move has to be expansion. 

 
Tennesse now has 21 commits and the #2 class in the country.  Partly because they have 21 commits.  But still...

Donte Williams has completely shifted the Pac12 recruiting power back to USC since being hired. Pretty impressive stuff considering they have such a lame duck HC.
