our class is now 34th per rivals

Where were Tony Davis, I. M. Hipp, and Dean Steinkuler ranked by Rivals. They make a good Crock Pot but just how good is there track record for predicting All Americans.

Bo needs to prove himself to the recruits and get his name out there before the guys are going to come here. We can't be putting so much pressure on Bo this early already because what did we expect a miracle? I realize we had a good class going before he got here, but Callahan and company obviously don't know how to coach the talent up. All I seen was talent going to waste on the bench.
I harbor no ill-will towards Bo. In fact, I was hoping he would be our new coach.

I do not expect miracles. If we win 8 games next year, I'll be very happy, yes, even with that schedule. If we win 9 games, well, I'll be ecstatic. If we win 10+ games...well... :hellloooo but I just don't see it.

I was merely trying to see things from a recruit's perspective. And, I think in the back of our minds, we're all a little bit concerned about Bo's HC-ing ability as well. Not because he doesn't have the ability, he simply hasn't had the chance to show he does. And he will.

Don't get me wrong...I have the utmost confidence in BP, and I have realistic expectations.

The one thing I do know: Bo Pelini has shown time and time again that he has the ability to coach a defense. That, at this point, is enough for me. Our offensive players weren't the culprits last year.

realistically, 7-5 would be a great year next season for his first year. CU and MU are going to be formidable opponents for the foreseeable future, as they are attracting some big time talent. CU is rebuilding quite nicely under Hawkins and he is going to see some success soon. we just need to rebuild as well, only thing is those 2 teams have a head start on us. the Big 12 north is going to get much better in the next few years.
