Our special teams sucks

Have they ever announced what Alvano's injury is? Still mind numbing we walked Hohl out for a 39 yarder. 

 
ST stats through Sat per NCAA stats:

KO return defense we are 98

Punt return defense we are 116

Punt returns we are 79 

KO returns we are 36.  

I couldn't find FG rankings.  Safe to say that there is no improvement in ST's save return game.  Dude couldn't beat out Alvano tried to kick a 39 yard FG and failed.  Stupid call.  Coaching and ST's...We will continue to chase 3 (and miss) until we actually get a kicker, actual ST coach and realize that ST's prevented us from bowling multiple years under 2 coaches  and could easily this year unless something changes.

Put our best guys out there.  Period.  ST's is not a place tp develop talent.  Not when we appear to void of it in multiple spots.  Yes.  ST sucks.

I wonder how much input Butler has had this year.  Dude's resume in the NFL was amazing.  I think Butler is the right guy for DB's, but again how much is "his scheme" being used.   

 
How are we not trying to get a kicker and  punter in this class Iowa has the number 1 kicker according to kohls Rhule need to stop messing around and get a nil package just for specialists and get the best you can just like any other position not the best in Nebraska the best in country 

 
Both Tristan and Nico that we signed last year were 4 star kickers.  They are good kickers.  But you can't kick worth a crap if you are hurt.  I don't think Nico is hurt and at this point not sure how good he really is.

 
If we fire our ST coach today it will be a net gain for our ST for the rest of the season. Hell put Maher in charge and just see how it goes.
