Pants On The Flo

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but my 2nd cousin is a cop in Cincinnati and told me something interesting about the "Pants on the Flo'" guy. He wears a button that says "Free Troy Davis." Troy Davis is on death row in Georgia for killing Mark MacPhail, an off-duty police officer. Here's an article about the incident.
