Every time I've ever run into Bo in person he's either been grinning or laughing or saying thank you to random fans who come up to him when he's in public. (And no I'm not one of those people. I just like to eavesdrop creepily while pretending I don't know who he is).

So because you don't know it means it isn't true? That's the thing about information. Those who have some know whether to trust it and if it's true, those who don't berate people who bring it. The softball thing has been out there for awhile now and it's generally accepted as true, whether you want to believe it or not. If you don't, great. No skin off my back. But it's a fact in my eyes (and many, many other people's eyes). And nobody made a story about it? Depends who you ask. There are people who made a story about it or nobody else would know.

And to this day YOU don't know of that recording. Again, there were many people that had already known it had happened. There are people that know that he has threatened media members. Some have had it happen to them, some have witnessed it. And you're blind if you think that the media doesn't talk to each other.

Oh I believe it's true. I believe he probably made a few remarks about a bad call at a softball game-LIKE ANY OTHER FRICKIN FATHER IN THE WORLD.

I just dont believe it was an overboard reaction that's being blown out of proportion in order to support agendas and witch hunts. bullsh#t...Again, it has been stated by MANY people that Bo is a likeable guy that jokes and has fun. Why would he need a PR guy have him do that when he has always been that way according to friend, family and players?

Explain why then?

The only thing I can see a PR guy doing is telling Bo to let the fans see the other side of you, the one that the players and others close to you see everyday. I do not think that they are coming up with things for him to do in order for him to make himself look better.

Not necessarily, but don't rule it out. But what they do do is choose what things we do see. Things can be hidden, downplayed, promoted, or presented. PR is really an art form.

Pretty much what I think is happening also. I don't think the things he has been doing are made up by a PR person but rather something that was caught on tape and released.
